While we were getting ready for Monday's (Day 10) ride, I discovered that out next stop in Point Reyes was at hostel was 10 miles off route! As tired as we were, the idea of riding 10 miles extra that would have to be retraced the next day got us real concerned!
After 2 hours of looking at maps, checking the internet and calling places we finally came up with a Warmshowers's stay 12 miles farther on the route. All hotels were $250 and up!

We called the host and they graciously accepted to allow us to stay! We were so grateful!
The fatigue of riding day after day about 100 miles was setting in! We needed an easier day but day 10 would not be that day!
